DADS READ: “Fantasy: A Coloring Book For Kids”
A year and a half ago, @ajmonaco had an idea for a side hustle that sounded like it had a lot of promise and could generate some passive income. I had been writing occasional children’s book reviews on a personal blog, and Andy wanted to take us to the BIGTIME! He thought up a really great name, @dadsreadtoo , and we talked about all the spin off opportunities for all the things dads can do TOO, dadssewtoo, @dadsparenttoo, dadsknittoo, dadscooktoo, etcetera. Needless to say, I quickly learned that Instagramming isn’t a viable career change for me. Sheepishly, I honestly thought that authors/publishers would start paying me for children’s book reviews, or at very least I would get a few books gifted to me.
